Senior Management
ITL Drilling’s senior management team works on a culture of collaborative effort, collectively standing shoulder to shoulder to ensure safe and seamless operations are continuously achieved.

Peter McGuinness
Peter's commitment and determination to succeed in the mining industry is in his blood. As a mine shovel mechanic’s son, Peter spent his childhood growing up in the mining town of Cassiar, BC. He began underground drilling at Snip Gold Mine when he was just 17 years old and transitioned through all aspects of mine operations and mineral exploration; from driller's helper to blasters helper, underground and surface driller, road building to grader operator, and drill project supervisor. Peter's 32 years of “boots on the ground” experience and savvy outside-the-box ideas allow him to solve unconventional in-the-field challenges quickly. Peter has been able to successfully execute many challenging drill programs with reduced expenditures and above projected meters/day. Peter prides himself on completing a job well and on time, regardless of how challenging it becomes, and stands behind a zero-failure rate.

Jason Rolfe
Jason brings over 25 years of diamond drill experience to ITL’s senior management team, having worked in all regions of Canada supporting heli-drill, skid-drill, underground drilling, barge drilling and ice drilling programs throughout his career. Combined with significant mechanical aptitude and a passion to succeed, Jason’s focus is on being in the field to support drill program execution, oversee safe work procedures and ensure equipment maintenance compliance. This oversight of process and detail has allowed ITL to maintain production averages and hole completion rates exceeding industry expectations.

Stephanie McGuinness
Stephanie began her career in the mining industry as a junior geologist, core logging in Arctic, then moving to greenfield exploration, brownfield exploration and mine definition drill programs in central and northern BC. Stephanie later transitioned to report writing and on-site project management. Awareness of deliverables, cost constraints, permit requirements and reporting requirements from the client side has sharpened her understanding of the drilling industry and allows her to readily understand the metrics that ITL Drilling should be tracking and executing on to properly support exploration clients. Stephanie believes in a proactive approach to project execution with a proven track record of success through open communication to ensure transparency and collaborative decision making.

Marissa Ross
Marissa began her career in the mining industry as a camp cook and first aid attendant. A hard work ethic, strong business acumen, and keen eye for logistics planning facilitated Marissa’s transition to operations management. Marissa has provided operations management support to catering, first aid, pad building, timber falling and diamond drilling businesses within the mining industry. This exposure across service providers allows her to support any application of drill program with prior knowledge and experience.
